Return to Yourself
Retreat spaces designed for women who carry a great deal and rarely have space to step out of it.
These retreats are designed to slow the pace, create room for clear thinking, and allow you to hear your own voice again with the noise of constant demands.
Space for Clarity.
Steadier perspective.
A return to yourself.
Guided by Your Own Values
Rather than offering advice or giving direction, these retreats invite you to look at what’s already inside. You’re supported in noticing patterns, recognizing what feels right, and rediscovering the sense of personal authority that already lives within you.
A Space to Hear Yourself Again
Each woman arrives with her own story, question, or turning point. In this environment, the pace slows, the noise softens, and your inner voice becomes clearer, steadier, and more visible. You have space to reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.
What You Leave With
This is not about becoming someone new or fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise — and leaving feeling grounded, peaceful, and quietly ready for what’s next. You return home guided first and foremost by your own voice.
Friday Arrival — A Soft Landing
Guests arrive in the early evening and settle in with light snacks, herbal tea, and time to unwind at their own pace. Private rooms include fresh flowers and a journal to support reflection throughout the weekend. A warm, simple meal is available when you’re ready, followed by calming yin yoga by candlelight.
The first evening includes:
Gentle arrival and settling-in
Light snacks + tea
Fresh flowers + journal in each private room
A warm, grounding meal
Candlelight yin yoga before bed
Midday Space
The middle of the day is open and unstructured. Guests can walk the grounds, rest in private rooms,
journal with the provided notebooks, explore nature, or settle into quiet conversation with others.
Eat when you’re hungry. Move when you feel called to move. Rest when your body asks for rest.
Inner Voice Circle II — Deepening & Integration
We’ll explore :
noticing in daily life when it’s time to pause, breathe, and reset
integrating clarity into real choices, real boundaries, and real next steps
continuing the morning’s practices with more ease and self‑trust
optional brief sharing, again held with compassion and without fixing
(Circle II focuses on applying insight to real life — how to move with clarity once you return home.)
Evening Gathering
A warm, nourishing dinner brings everyone back together.
Afterward, a simple bonfire offers a relaxed space for conversation — women supporting women with steady presence,
kind listening, and no pressure.
Guests can linger by the fire or head to their rooms whenever they’re ready.
Sunday — Integration, Closing Circle, and a Gentle Return Home
Slow Morning
an easy, unhurried start to the day — no alarms, no rush
a light breakfast of fruit, toast, tea, and coffee as guests wander into the kitchen
one final yoga practice to arrive in the body and open the day with a calm energy
Solo Integration
Quiet, unstructured time after yoga, guests can take a slow walk, find a peaceful spot to sit, or journal with their provided notebook
space to let the weekend’s clarity settle before re‑gathering.
Lunch
A warm, simple lunch brings everyone back together.
It’s a grounding midpoint in the day—a moment of nourishment and
companionship before the retreat closes.
Closing Circle
After lunch, we gather for a final ceremony to bring the weekend to completion.
This is a soft, meaningful space where guests reflect on:
what feels clearer now
what they want to carry home
the stories or assumptions they’re ready to release
the boundaries or choices that feel more aligned
how to support themselves in the week ahead
one small, realistic next step
Sharing remains optional and brief, with a focus on compassion over solutions—
women supporting women in quiet, powerful ways.
The retreat closes with a simple intention or blessing for the path ahead.
